If you are camping, you are welcome to arrive and set up any time from 10:30 (or in fact arrive on Friday - just let us know).
Otherwise, feel free to arrive any time from 12:00, but you might well get roped into setup jobs if you do!

If you don't want to miss anything then please plan to be at Coles Farm, ready to have fun by 13:30 at the latest.
We think timings for the afternoon will look something like this...
13:00 Welcome drink
13:30 Ceremony
14:00 Performances
14:30 Bring and share picnic
15:30 Drink, chat, garden games and explore the festival site
17:00 Speeches
17:30 Cutting the 'cake'

There are no guests invited just for the evening - if you're in, you're in!

If you are staying at Coles Farm, there is no particular time we need you clear off by, but the longer you are about, the higher the chance you'll be given a job or two to help with clear up!
Breakfast, if it happens, will be somewhat as and when we get round to it.
